The GILI’S brand takes us to distant islands off the coast of the Indonesian from where its name originates. It was there that Clarisse and Aymeric dreamt up their swimwear line for men whilst on their honeymoon.
GILI’S has its own unique style. Teamed with French expertise it offers a range of elegant designs with dynamic and bright prints. The brand has a distinctive blend of motifs & colours.
Orders placed before 12 pm from Monday to Friday are sent the same day (except public holidays).
The timeframes in the table below adhere to this rule.
Note: these timeframes may be extended, particularly during the end of year festive period.
Gili’s is not liable for additional taxes and service fees set by some countries. Customers are held accountable for any possible restrictions, customs, taxes and other fees charged by the country of destination, before ordering.

We will send you an email as soon as your package has been sent with a link to follow the delivery of your package. You can also find your tracking number directly in your personal space ‘My Account’, under ‘My Orders’.
You have 14 days after receiving your order to return your purchases if they are not suitable.
Note: for orders placed during December, the returns policy is extended until 15th January the following year.
To return an item, sign into your account, click on ‘My Orders’, select the order to be returned and follow the instructions.

Any returned items that are incomplete, damaged, spoiled or soiled by the customer will not be refunded.
The risks and costs of the retruns are the responsibility of the client.
Once the goods have been received, checked and accepted, the price paid for the returned items will be refunded to the customer’s bank account corresponding to the bankcard used for payment, within 14 days following receipt of the returned items.
You have 14 days from delivery to change the size or style.
Note: for orders placed during December, the exchange policy is extended until 15th January the following year.
You need to send back the receipt, and/or original delivery note with the refund/exchange form in the parcel upon delivery. Subject to stock availability, we will send you the new style required, once the item you have returned has been received and checked by our teams.

We invite the customer to contact our service at email@example.com, in order to request his Colissimo return form.The second shipment remains the responsibility of the client.
How it works?
Select the products you want to try, then click “Try at home”.
You can choose up to 6 products.
You can find your selection by clicking on the little hanger on the right of your screen.
Plan your fitting by choosing a 1h slot and a courier will drop your order at the time and adress of your choice (Paris and inner suburbs).
You will only pay for the produtcs you have decided to keep, as well as the delivery (6€) is the amount of your purchase is below 90€.
How many time do you have to try your products?
During the day of delivery, you have up to 11pm to try your products.
